Refund policy

New subscriptions started via our free-trial link include a 30-day trial — you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.

For paid periods already billed: if the service didn't work as described (for example, scans failed to run) within your first billing period, email contact@a11yscan.win and we'll refund that period in full.

Beyond that, we don't offer partial-period refunds for cancellations — canceling stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
